#motm stands for Meeting of the Minds. It’s a monthly social media meetup at Suki 7 in Westlake Village. I first tuned into MOTM when Dustin Luther gave a talk on SEO. It has since become a “must attend” event even if it is a bit of a drive. Great people. Lively discussions on social media. And a great evening over food and drinks to close things out…

Watching the Laker Game at the ESPN Zone at the new LA Live. They’ve really done a great job with the new LA Live. For me, it’s close to home, right across the street from the Staples Center and always a great atmosphere!

Double-tall caramel machiatto. What are you having?

I have to admit, at first I was pretty nervous about not filling our seats. But as you can see, we had a full house at REBarcamp Los Angeles 2009!

Kicking things off at REBarcamp Los Angeles 2009 thanks to our many sponsors.

Hangin’ with the ladies of the re.net at the REBCLA tweetup before the big event! What a lucky guy…

Meeting Mike Michalowicz, author of The Toilet Paper Entrepreneur. I certainly consider myself a TPE so I’m proud to be holding my autographed copy!

Beverly Macy and Rodney Rumford put together an excellent conference at the 2009 UCLA Gravity Summit. It was a honor to have been amongst the list of presenters in what has since become a series of excellent events. Here’s a photo of the lively tweetup crew closing out the day…

Sportin’ the TESLA Roadster in the showroom in Santa Monica, CA.

There’s another sign as you exit the lift that reads: “Board At Your Own Risk!” (danger imminent)

And this is why I love snowboarding in the winter!

Having breakfast with members of the re.net before REBlogworld 2008 in Las Vegas, NV.
